Black USA Dollar Days is an event that is held on a Thursday to celebrate a special day shopping with Black business owners — to increase spending of Black USA Dollars in the Black economy and bring the Black dollar back to the Black community.
Black Americans wield over $2 trillion in annual spending power, yet the average dollar circulates in Black communities for under six hours. Black USA Dollar Days was created to reverse that leakage — turning everyday purchases into lasting community wealth.
By choosing to spend with Black-owned businesses on this dedicated Thursday and throughout the campaign season, every participant helps keep revenue, jobs, and opportunity inside the community — honoring the legacy of historic Greenwood, America's original Black Wall Street.
A dedicated day each year when communities across the country intentionally shop with Black-owned businesses.
A coordinated season of intentional spending that puts revenue directly into Black-owned businesses and supply chains.
Redirecting Black spending power back into the Black community — funding home ownership, jobs, and the next generation.
Restoring Black Economic Power — one Thursday, one purchase, one community at a time.
